1. Marinate & Cook the Chicken
• In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
• Toss chicken pieces in the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
• Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 3–4 minutes per side.
