Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls🥩🧀
Ingredients:
1/2 lb thinly sliced steak (like ribeye)
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/2 green bell pepper (optional), chopped
1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella
Egg roll wrappers
Salt & pepper
Oil for frying
Directions:
1. Cook steak, onion, and pepper in a skillet until tender. Season with salt & pepper.
2. Cool, then stir in cheese.
3. Place filling in center of each wrapper, roll up tightly, and seal edges with water.
4. Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
