Balsamic Glazed Roasted Carrots 🥕🍴✨
Ingredients:
1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
6–7 large carrots, peeled and sliced lengthwise
Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Set oven to 400°F.
Coat carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking tray and roast for 20–25 minutes.
Remove, drizzle with balsamic, and toss gently.
Bake for 5 more minutes until sticky and golden.
Top with herbs and enjoy!
