This Is the Best Potato Salad I've Ever Had!
Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 large eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped pickles
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika for garnish
Directions: Boil potatoes until tender but firm, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool. In a large bowl, mix mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir in celery, pickles, onions, and chopped eggs. Gently fold in cooled potatoes. Chill for at least 1 hour. Sprinkle with paprika before serving. Creamy, tangy, and loaded with texture—this potato salad is always a hit!
