π Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
1 lb (450g) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
For the Alfredo Tortellini:
10 oz (280g) cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Pinch of nutmeg (optional)

Cook the Tortellini:
Boil tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In a saucepan, melt butter. Add heavy cream and simmer for 2β3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until melted and creamy. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg. Add cooked tortellini and toss to coat.
Sear the Steak Bites:
Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear steak bites in batches for 1β2 minutes per side until browned.
Garlic Butter Finish:
Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the skillet with the steak. Stir for another minute until everythingβs golden and garlicky.
Serve It Up:
Plate creamy tortellini and top with sizzling garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with parsley if desired.
