Dandelion Tea
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh dandelion flowers (pesticide-free, thoroughly rinsed)
2 cups filtered water
1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
Directions:
Harvest dandelion flowers from a clean, chemical-free area. Rinse gently to remove dirt and insects.
Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan.
Add the dandelion flowers to the hot water, cover, and steep for 15–20 minutes.
Strain the tea into a mug, discarding the flowers.
Add honey and lemon juice if desired for flavor. Serve warm.

Tips:
