Chocolate Bunny Martini
Ingredients:
2 oz chocolate liqueur (Godiva or Mozart works beautifully)
1 oz vanilla vodka (or regular vodka if you prefer less sweetness)
1 oz Irish cream liqueur (Baileys or equivalent)
Chocolate syrup (for garnish)
Optional: a mini chocolate bunny or chocolate egg for garnish
Instructions:
Chill your martini glass — either pop it in the freezer for a few minutes or fill with ice and water while you prep.
Drizzle chocolate syrup inside the glass. Tilt and rotate the glass for a swirled pattern. (You can also dip the rim in chocolate or crushed chocolate candies for extra flair.)
In a cocktail shaker, add:
2 oz chocolate liqueur
1 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz Irish cream
A handful of ice
Shake well for about 20 seconds until frothy and chilled.
Strain into your prepared martini glass.
Garnish:
Perch a mini chocolate bunny on the rim.
Or skewer a chocolate egg on a cocktail pick and rest it across the top
