🥓 Breakfast Bliss: Crispy Bacon, Juicy Sausages, Golden Hash Browns & Sunny-Side-Up Eggs

This delightful breakfast spread was her special way of bringing the family together, and it’s sure to brighten anyone's day!
Ingredients:
✔️ 6 slices of crispy bacon
✔️ 4 juicy sausages
✔️ 2 large potatoes, peeled and grated
✔️ 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
✔️ 1 teaspoon salt
✔️ 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
✔️ 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
✔️ 4 large eggs
✔️ Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1️⃣ In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.
2️⃣ In the same skillet, add the sausages and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes, then set aside.
3️⃣ For the hash browns, mix the grated potatoes with flour, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
4️⃣ Heat the vegetable oil in the skillet over medium heat, and add the potato mixture, pressing it down into an even layer.
5️⃣ Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy, then transfer to a serving plate.
6️⃣ In a separate pan, cook the eggs sunny-side-up to your desired doneness.
7️⃣ To serve, layer the crispy bacon, juicy sausages, and golden hash browns on plates, topping each with a sunny-side-up egg.
