Classic Meaty Ricotta Lasagna🧀🥩
Ingredients:
9 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 lb ground beef
3 cups marinara sauce
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 egg
Fresh parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Brown the beef in a skillet, drain fat, and add marinara sauce. Simmer 10 mins.
2. In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
3. Layer in a baking dish: sauce, noodles, ricotta mix, mozzarella. Repeat 3 layers.
4. Top with more mozzarella and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–35 mins.
5. Let it rest 10 mins, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and enjoy!
