Grilled Beef & Veggie Salad Bowl
Ingredients:
Grilled beef strips
Steamed broccoli florets
Hard-boiled eggs, quartered
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Sliced cucumbers
Sweet corn kernels
Pineapple chunks
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: olive oil, lemon juice or vinaigrette for dressing
Instructions:
1. Grill or sear beef strips until cooked and tender. Season as desired.
2. In a bowl, combine broccoli, corn, cucumbers, tomatoes, pineapple, and eggs.
3. Add the warm beef strips on top.
4. Sprinkle sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.
5. Drizzle with olive oil or your favorite dressing. Serve fresh!
