i'm postin some Bisquick recipes today, but if you don't have Bisquic you can easily make your own. you can double, triple or so on with this recipe if you want to make a container to have for recipes. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a month or the freezer for up to six months. A large mason jar works well for storage.
Bisquick Substitute
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon butter or shortening
Sift flour into a bowl; add baking powder and salt and whisk until fully incorporated. Cut butter into flour mixture using a pastry cutter until evenly combined. subst for 1 cup bisquick
