🥕🍍 Hawaiian and pineapple hawaian cake

📝 Ingredients
✨ For the cake:
• 2 cups of flour all use
• 2 CDTA. baking powder
• 1 cdta. sodium bicarbonate
• 1 cdta. cinnamon
• ½ cdta. nutmeg
• ½ cdta. salt
• 1 cup of sugar
• ½ cup of brown sugar
• 1 cup of vegetable oil
• 4 big eggs
• 2 cups of grated carrot
• 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
• ½ cup of grated coconut (optional)
✨ For the glaze:
• 8 oz cream cheese (at room temperature)
• ½ soft butter cup
• 4 Glass sugar cups
• 1 cdta. Vanilla essence
👩🍳 Preparation
1. Preheat the oven at 175 ° C and take two round molds of 23cm.
2. Mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, bicarbonate, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
3. In another bowl, beat the sugars with the oil and eggs until creamy.
4. Add the dry to the wet mixture little by little. Incorporates the carrot, pineapple and coconut.
5. Pour the mixture into the molds and bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until you insert a stick, come out clean. Let cool.
6. For the glaze, beat the cream cheese and butter. Add the Glass sugar and vanilla.
7. Fill and cover the cake with this cream. Decorate with fruits or roasted coconut if you want.
