Ingredients
Grilled chicken breast, sliced
Avocado, sliced and lightly grilled or fresh
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Corn kernels (fresh or grilled)
Lettuce or mixed greens
Creamy avocado dressing (avocado, yogurt, lime, garlic, olive oil)
Salt, pepper, chili flakes
Instructions:
Grill seasoned chicken until tender and juicy, then slice. Prepare all veggies: halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the avocado, and grill or sauté the corn. Arrange lettuce at the bottom of your bowl, then top with each ingredient in colorful sections. Add a generous spoonful of creamy avocado dressing in the center and sprinkle everything with salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste.
