Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
2. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
4. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, onto the skillet.
5. Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the bread in the skillet.
6. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
7. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom bread is golden brown and the cheese starts to melt.
8. Carefully flip the sandwiches and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden and the cheese is fully melted.
9. Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.
