1/2 tsp instant yeast

1 Β½ cups warm water

1 head of garlic

1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

Roast the garlic:
Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Slice the top off a head of garlic, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 35–40 minutes until soft and golden. Let cool, then squeeze out the cloves and mash.

Mix the dough:
