Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 Β½ tsp salt
1/2 tsp instant yeast
1 Β½ cups warm water
1 head of garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
Extra flour and cornmeal (for dusting)
Instructions:
Roast the garlic:
Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Slice the top off a head of garlic, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 35β40 minutes until soft and golden. Let cool, then squeeze out the cloves and mash.

Mix the dough:
In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast. Add warm water, mashed roasted garlic, and chopped rosemary. Stir until a sticky dough formsβno kneading required! Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let rise at room temperature for 12β18 hours.

Shape the dough:
Dust a clean surface with flour. Turn the dough out and shape it into a ball. Cover with a towel and let rest for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven and Dutch oven:
Preheat oven to 450Β°F (230Β°C) with a covered Dutch oven inside for at least 30 minutes.
