Filling:

Instructions:
1 Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
2 Beat eggs in a large bowl until thick (about 3β5 min). Add sugar gradually, then vanilla.
3 Sift in dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt) and fold gently.
4 Pour into pan, spreading evenly. Bake for 10β12 minutes until golden and springy.
