Joe's Crab Shack Crab Dip
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup lump crab meat, drained and picked over
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup chopped green onions, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
Mix the cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth.
Combine ingredients by adding sour cream, shredded cheddar, crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir until well mixed.
Transfer to a baking dish and spread the mixture evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Cool & garnish with chopped green onions. Serve warm with crackers, chips, or fresh veggies.
Pro Tip:
For an extra zing, squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the dip before serving!
