Slow Cooker 5-Ingredient Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
16 ounces macaroni pasta, cooked according to package directions
16 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
16 ounces Colby cheese, cubed
16 ounces Velveeta, cubed
1 stick of butter, cut into slices
16 ounces milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Slow Cooker:
Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker to prevent sticking.
Layer the Ingredients:
Add the cooked macaroni pasta to the slow cooker.
Layer in the cubed Monterey Jack cheese, Colby cheese, and Velveeta.
Place the slices of butter evenly over the top.
Add the Milk:
Pour the milk over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
Cook the Mac and Cheese:
Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure the cheese melts evenly and the ingredients combine.
Season and Serve:
Once the cheese is fully melted and creamy, season with salt and pepper to taste.
