Cheesy Turkey Bacon Philly Steak Wraps π§π₯©π―
Ingredients:
1 lb thinly sliced beef (like sirloin or ribeye)
6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
4 large flour tortillas
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook the Vegetables: Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the bell pepper and onion, sautΓ©ing until tender and slightly caramelized. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Cook the Beef: In the same skillet, heat the remaining olive oil. Add the sliced beef, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned.
Combine Ingredients: Return the cooked vegetables and turkey bacon to the skillet with the beef. Stir to combine and heat through.
Melt the Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the beef mixture and allow it to melt. Stir gently to combine.
Assemble the Wraps: Warm the tortillas in a microwave or skillet. Divide the beef mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
Serve: Slice the wraps in half if desired and serve warm.
