One Pot Ground Mongolian Beef Ramen Noodles
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
2 packs of ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
1 cup beef broth
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup chopped cilantro for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a large skillet or pot over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease.
Add minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer.
Add the broccoli florets and ramen noodles to the pot. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender and the sauce thickens.
Stir in sliced green onions and mix well.
Remove from heat, garnish with chopped cilantro, and serve hot.
