No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake

Ingredients:

For the Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons granulated sugar

For the Cheesecake Filling:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tablespoon orange zest

For the Orange Swirl:
1/4 cup orange gelatin powder (Jell-O)
1/4 cup hot water
1/4 cup cold water

For Decoration:
Whipped cream (optional)
Orange slices

Directions:
Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
In another bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Add orange juice and orange zest, folding until evenly combined.

Create the Orange Swirl: Dissolve the orange gelatin powder in hot water. Stir until completely dissolved, then add cold water. Let it cool slightly.
Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust. Use a spoon to drizzle the cooled orange gelatin over the top. Swirl with a toothpick or skewer to create a beautiful marble effect.

Chill: Cover the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

Garnish: Before serving, decorate with whipped cream and orange slices.
