Brownie Ice Cream Cake 🍫🍦
Ingredients:
- 1 batch of brownies (homemade or box mix)
- 2 pints of ice cream (your choice of flavors)
- 1 cup chocolate sauce
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings or sprinkles (optional)
Directions:
1. Prepare the brownies according to package instructions or your favorite recipe and let them cool completely.
2. Once cooled, cut the brownies into two layers.
3. Place the bottom layer in a springform pan or cake pan.
4. Soften the ice cream slightly to make it easy to spread and layer it over the brownie layer.
5. Add any desired toppings like chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
6. Add the top layer of brownies and press down gently.
7. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
8. Before serving, remove from the pan and add additional whipped cream and chocolate shavings or sprinkles on top.
9. Slice and enjoy your delicious brownie ice cream cake!
