Fiery Cajun Salmon & Shrimp Sensation 🌶️🐟🍤
Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Generously coat the salmon and shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the salmon until perfectly cooked, then set aside.
In the same skillet, cook the shrimp until they turn pink. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
Plate the salmon and lavish it with the creamy Cajun shrimp sauce.
Notes:
For an extra burst of flavor, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the dish.
