Ingredients:
For the Steak:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Pasta:
8 oz penne or rotini pasta

1 tbsp butter

1/2 red bell pepper, diced

1/2 green bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped parsley, for garnish

Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Season steak pieces with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add butter and sauté bell peppers, onion, and garlic for 3–4 minutes until softened.

Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes until smooth and melted.

Add cooked pasta and steak back into the skillet. Toss everything together to coat evenly in the sauce.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot for a bold, cheesy, and satisfying meal.
