Ingredients
Brownie Layer:
1 box fudge brownie mix (plus eggs, oil, and water as directed)
OR 4 cups cubed homemade brownies
Chocolate Mousse Layer:
1½ cups heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ tsp vanilla extract
Cream Cheese Layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1½ cups whipped cream (or Cool Whip)
Raspberry Layer:
2 cups fresh raspberries
¾ cup raspberry jam (optional for extra layering)
Chocolate Ganache:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream
Topping:
Fresh raspberries
Chocolate curls or chips

Instructions
1. Bake Brownies:
Bake brownies as directed and let cool. Cut into small cubes.
2. Prepare Chocolate Mousse:
Heat 1 cup cream until steaming, pour over chocolate chips. Let sit 2 mins, stir until smooth. Chill slightly, then fold in whipped cream and vanilla.
3. Make Cream Cheese Filling:
Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until fluffy.
4. Make Ganache:
Heat cream and pour over chocolate chips. Stir until smooth and let cool slightly.
5. Assemble Trifle:
In a large trifle bowl, layer as follows:
Brownie cubes
Chocolate mousse
Fresh raspberries
Cream cheese mixture
Optional drizzle of raspberry jam or ganache
Repeat layers once or twice until full.
6. Top It Off:
Finish with a layer of whipped cream, fresh raspberries, ganache drizzle, and chocolate curls.
7. Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
