🌶️ Double-Stuffed Buffalo Chicken Jalapeño Poppers
Ingredients:
8 large jalapeños, halved and seeded
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, blue cheese (if using), salt, and pepper.
Fill each jalapeño half with the buffalo chicken mixture, pressing down to pack it in.
Place stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until peppers are tender and cheese is melted and bubbly.
