π₯ Ingredients:
β’ 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
β’ 1 tsp Garlic Powder
β’ Salt & Pepper (to taste)
β’ 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
β’ Β½ cup Sliced Provolone Cheese
β’ ΒΌ cup Panko Breadcrumbs
β’ 2 tbsp Melted Butter
β’ 1 tbsp Chopped Parsley (optional, for garnish)

1οΈβ£ Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Season chicken with garlic powder, salt & pepper.
2οΈβ£ Sear chicken β Heat a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat & cook chicken 6-7 min per side until golden brown. Remove from heat.
3οΈβ£ Make Parmesan topping β Mix Parmesan, Panko & melted butter in a bowl until crumbly.
4οΈβ£ Assemble β Place Provolone slice on each chicken breast, then top with Parmesan breadcrumb mix.
5οΈβ£ Bake β Transfer skillet to the oven & bake 5-7 min until cheese melts & crust is golden.
6οΈβ£ Serve & garnish β Sprinkle with parsley & serve hot!
