🍗🌿 Ultimate Garlic Herb Chicken Bowtie Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes

🛒 Ingredients:
300 g bowtie (farfalle) pasta 🍝
4 chicken breasts or chicken tenders 🍗
2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 tbsp butter 🧈
3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
250 g cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
50 g baby spinach 🌿
100 g feta cheese, crumbled 🧀
Juice of 1 lemon 🍋
1 tsp dried Italian herbs
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. In a large pan, heat olive oil and butter, then season the chicken with herbs, salt, and pepper. Cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked through. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, sauté garlic, cherry tomatoes, and spinach until softened. Add the cooked pasta and crumbled feta. Return the chicken to the pan, pour in lemon juice, and toss everything gently. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Tip: Add a sprinkle of chili flakes if you like it spicy! 🌶️
