Ingredients:
4 pork chops
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup flour
Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
4 bacon strips
2 cups milk
Flour + bacon fat for gravy
Letβs cook:
Buttermilk bath for the chops.
Dredge in seasoned flour.
Fry until crisp & cooked through.
Bacon time! Cook and set aside.
Use the drippings to make a roux with flour.
Whisk in milk, thicken into gravy.
