Honey Garlic Bacon Chicken
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 slices of bacon
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with foil and lightly grease.
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon and place them seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and olive oil.
Pour the honey garlic mixture over the bacon-wrapped chicken evenly.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, then broil for 3–5 minutes until bacon is crispy and caramelized.
Spoon pan sauce over the chicken before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
