Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges with Chicken 🍗
Ingredients:
For the Potato Wedges:
4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Chicken:
2 chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Place the chicken breasts on the baking sheet with the potato wedges. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping the potato wedges halfway through and ensuring the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
Once everything is golden and crispy, remove from the oven and serve hot.
