🇮🇹 Fregola con Arselle (Sardinian Pasta with Clams) ❤️
Briny clams and toasty fregola in a tomato broth—simple and divine!
📝 You will need:
• 200 g fregola pasta
• 450 g clams (cleaned)
• 240 ml tomato sauce
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Fresh parsley, chopped
• Salt to taste
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Sauté garlic in olive oil, then add tomato sauce and simmer.
2️⃣ Add clams, cover, and cook until they open (discard any that don’t).
3️⃣ Meanwhile, cook fregola in salted water until al dente.
4️⃣ Drain fregola and stir into the clams and sauce.
5️⃣ Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm!
