🇫🇷 Coq au Vin (Chicken in Red Wine)
A French classic! Tender chicken slowly braised in red wine with vegetables and herbs.
📝 Ingredients:
• 2 chicken thighs
• 1 cup red wine
• 1/2 cup pearl onions
• 1/2 cup carrots
• 1/2 cup mushrooms
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 bay leaf, thyme, salt, pepper
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Season chicken and sear until golden.
2️⃣ Add chopped vegetables and cook briefly.
3️⃣ Pour in red wine and add herbs.
4️⃣ Simmer on low heat for 45–60 minutes.
5️⃣ Serve warm with crusty bread or potatoes.
