ππ Punch Bowl Cake
π§ Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs (for cake mix)
1ΒΌ cups pineapple juice (use in place of water in cake mix)
5 ripe bananas (sliced)
2 (21 oz) cans cherry pie filling
2 (3.4 oz) boxes vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk (for pudding)
12 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
π Directions:
Bake cake at 350Β°F for 25β30 minutes or until done. Cool completely.
Prepare pudding with milk; chill until thick.
In a large punch bowl or trifle dish, layer as follows:
Cake cubes
Pudding
Sliced bananas
Cherry pie filling
Whipped topping
Repeat layers until bowl is full.
Top with extra Cool Whip and sprinkle with pecans.
