Beef Stew in a Bread Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 small bread bowls
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Brown beef stew meat.
2. Add onions, carrots, and potatoes, cooking for 5 minutes.
3. Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme. Bring to a simmer.
4. Cook for 45-60 minutes, until meat is tender.
5. Hollow out bread bowls and ladle stew inside. Serve hot.

Cherry Filled Crescent Rolls
Ingredients:
- 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup cherry pie filling
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp sugar
