Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups (150g) chickpea flour (besan)
- ½ cup (120ml) warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, oregano) or 2 tablespoons fresh, chopped herbs
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Optional: Sesame seeds or other seeds for topping

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, baking powder, salt, and dried herbs (if using).
3. In a separate bowl, combine warm water and olive oil.
4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth and slightly sticky dough forms.
5. If using fresh herbs, gently knead them into the dough.
6. Divide the dough into 6-8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and then flatten slightly to form a small roll shape.
