Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup coconut flakes
Directions:
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cream the Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add the Wet Ingredients: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
