I've had Gastroparesis and IBS for over 15 years. My stomach is a 🔥 MESS. Despite having "morning sickness" for 15 years it's EXTREMELY hard for me to lose weight as my stubborn body is holding onto every calorie it can! If I eat, I get sick. If I don't eat, I get sick. I'm trying REALLY hard to fuel and heal my body (and lose weight). I know I need lots of protein, but I'm beginning to wonder if dairy is part of my problem. My primary source for protein currently is chicken, Premier protein shakes, cheese, cottage cheese and Greek yogurt...all mostly dairy. I'd like to try cutting dairy out for a week to see if it helps, but what do I eat?? (I'm not a huge fan of fish) Help!
