Delicious Sunflower Seed Cheese Alternative for Salads & More 🌻🌿🌱

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups (210g) raw sunflower seeds, soaked overnight
- 1 cup (240 ml) water
- ¼ cup (60 ml) nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons agar-agar powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:
1. Drain and rinse the soaked sunflower seeds.
2. In a high-speed blender, combine the sunflower seeds, water, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, and sea salt. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
3. In a small saucepan, whisk together the agar-agar powder and olive oil. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the agar-agar is completely dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Pour the agar-agar mixture into the blender with the sunflower seed mixture and blend again until smooth.
5. Pour the mixture into a lined loaf pan or container.
6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
7. Once firm, slice the sunflower seed halloumi and use as desired. It can be grilled or pan-fried until golden brown.
