🌈 Jell-O Easter Eggs πŸ₯š
Ingredients :
For the Jell-O Layers:
4 boxes (3 oz each) Jell-O in assorted flavors (e.g., strawberry, blue raspberry, lime, orange)
4 cups boiling water (1 cup per Jell-O box)
1 cup cold water (ΒΌ cup per Jell-O box)
For the Cloud Layers:
1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
4 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Surprise Centers (Optional):
12-16 small gummy bears, jelly beans, or mini marshmallows
For the Molds:
2 teaspoons coconut oil (for greasing molds)
Instructions:
Prepare the Molds:

Lightly grease the inside of each plastic egg mold with coconut oil using a paper towel. This will help the Jell-O release easily later.

If your molds have holes on both ends, place a small spoonful of Jell-O (about 1 teaspoon) in the bottom of an egg tray and set the mold on top. Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes to seal the hole.

Make the Jell-O Layers:

For each Jell-O flavor, dissolve one box of Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, then add ΒΌ cup of cold water.

Using a plastic syringe or small measuring cup, fill each egg mold about ΒΌ full with the first Jell-O color. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to set.

Create the Cloud Layers:

In a medium bowl, combine the whipped topping, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and fluffy.

Once the first Jell-O layer is set, add a small spoonful of the cloud mixture to each mold. If using, place a gummy bear, jelly bean, or mini marshmallow in the center as a surprise. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.

Add the Remaining Layers:

Repeat the process with the remaining Jell-O colors, alternating with the cloud mixture. Allow each layer to set before adding the next.

Finish with a final layer of Jell-O to seal the eggs.

Chill and Unmold:

Refrigerate the eggs for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to fully set.

To unmold, briefly run each egg under warm water for 3-4 seconds. Gently squeeze the mold to release the Jell-O egg.

Serve and Enjoy:

Arrange the Rainbow Cloud Jell-O Eggs on a platter and watch as everyone discovers the surprise inside!
