Chocolate Coconut Cake
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups sugar
½ cup cocoa powder
2 eggs
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup shredded coconut
Method:
Mix all dry ingredients, then add eggs and coconut milk.
Stir in coconut and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.
