Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Bourbon-Style Sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (low-sodium)
- 1/4 cup apple juice (substitute for bourbon flavor)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)

Directions:
1. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Remove and set aside with the chicken.
