EGG Substitutes for Baking Goods
These are the easiest egg substitutes for baking. Hope you find it helpful. Each substitutes replace 1 egg. You can add more baking powder to make your baked goods more fluffy or rise better.
• SILKEN TOFU - 1/4 CUP
• YOGURT - 1/4 CUP
• 1 RIPE BANANA
• 1 TBSP FLAXSEED + 3 TBSP WATER
• APPLESAUCE - 1/4 CUP
