- 3 pounds ground beef
- 1 box small pasta shells
- 1 block Velveeta cheese
- 1 handful sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 packs taco seasoning
- 1 can original Rotel
📝 Instructions
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
2. Add taco seasoning according to package instructions.
3. In a separate pot, cook the pasta shells according to package directions; drain.
4. Combine the cooked pasta with the seasoned beef.
5. Stir in the Velveeta cheese until melted.
6. Add the sharp cheddar cheese and Rotel, mixing until everything is well combined and heated through.
