Pizza Monkey Bread from Woman's Day Magazine 1970s
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 Tablespoon Italian seasonings
2 cans Pillsbury Grands Homestyle refrigerated biscuits
2 cups finely chopped pizza toppings (pepperoni, cooked sausage, green peppers, mushrooms, onions....whatever you'd like!)
1 cup marinara sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese
Chopped parsley
Grease a Bundt pan. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic salt and Italian seasonings until combined.
Dip 1/3 of the biscuit pieces in butter mixture; place in prepared pan. Top with 1/2 of the pizza toppings, 1/2 of the marinara sauce, and 1/2 of the cheese. Repeat layer. Pour any remaining butter on top. BAKE 40 to 45 min. or until golden brown. Let stand 5 min. Invert bread onto plate; remove pan. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley.
Serve bread warm. Serve with additional sauce for dipping.
