Grilled Salmon with Fresh Veggies
Ingredients (1 serving):
1 salmon steak (about 200g)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 cup asparagus (trimmed)
½ cup cucumber slices
½ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 cup lettuce

Instructions:
1. Season salmon – rub salmon with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
2. Cook salmon – grill or pan-sear over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
3. Prepare asparagus – sauté in a little olive oil, salt, and pepper for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
4. Assemble plate – arrange lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and asparagus on a plate.
5. Serve – place the grilled salmon on the side and drizzle with extra olive oil or lemon juice if desired.
