Garlic Butter Chicken with Creamy Herb Pasta
🍗 Recipe:
Ingredients:
500g chicken thighs or breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
250g penne pasta
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions:
Cook the pasta: Boil the penne pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Season and cook chicken: Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet, then sear the chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make garlic butter sauce: In the same pan, melt remaining butter, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
Add cream and cheese: Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer, then mix in Parmesan until smooth.
Combine: Add the pasta and chicken back to the pan, coating everything in the creamy garlic butter sauce.
Garnish: Sprinkle parsley and serve hot!
