🥔 Gratin Savoyard 🧀🥔
Savory potato gratin from the French Alps.
Ingredients:
• 800 g potatoes
• 500 ml milk
• 150 g Gruyère cheese
• 1 garlic clove (rubbed on dish)
• 2 tbsp butter
• Salt & pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ Slice potatoes thinly.
2️⃣ Rub baking dish with garlic, butter it.
3️⃣ Arrange potato slices in layers.
4️⃣ Pour milk over, season with salt and pepper.
5️⃣ Sprinkle with grated cheese.
6️⃣ Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes until golden.
