I made GARLIC BUTTER STEAK BITES & CREAMY ALFREDO RIGATONI for dinner, and it was incredible! The steak is juicy and buttery with a hint of Cajun spice, and the rigatoni is coated in the creamiest Alfredo sauce. Such an easy, comforting meal that’s perfect for a weeknight dinner!

Ingredients:

Steak Bites:
1 ½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Alfredo Rigatoni:

12 oz rigatoni pasta
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese, cubed
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated Parmesan
Salt & pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Directions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rigatoni until al dente, drain, and set aside.
2. In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 30 sec until fragrant. Pour in cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add cream cheese, whisking until smooth. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper, then toss in cooked rigatoni. Keep warm.
3. Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
4. Heat a skillet over medium-high. Add olive oil and sear steak bites in batches, 2–3 min per side, until browned and tender. Remove and set aside.
5. Lower heat to medium, melt remaining butter in the same skillet, and stir in garlic. Cook 30 sec, then return steak bites to the pan, tossing to coat in garlic butter.
6. Serve steak bites alongside creamy Alfredo rigatoni. Garnish with parsley and enjoy hot.
