Cheesy Taco Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can Rotel
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Stir in the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, Rotel, beef broth, heavy cream, and pasta. Bring to a simmer and cook until the pasta is tender.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and well combined.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
